Our meal was AMAZING! The oyster appetizer disappeared within seconds. We had the 2lb steak special & it was absolutely delicious 😋 Next time, we're going for the tomahawk special
Girlfriends brunch was a huge success! Everything from the cocktails, starters and entrees were absolutely delicious. We were too full for dessert. The cocktails were creative and fun. The starter we shared was a creative take on chicken and waffles that we all loved. Every entree we ordered was not only truly delicious but beautifully plated. Service was a 10/10! Attentive but not intrusive. Very friendly and welcoming. This was our first visit and now we’d like to return for dinner! Give it a go, you will be impressed!
The ambience & service was impeccable! The food is *chefs kiss* - perfectly seasoned. It’s so amazing I’ve been back 3x in the last three weeks with different friends and they’ve all decided it’s our new spot. I just went for my birthday, and Sydney is an absolute joy. Even with the amount of people on a Saturday night she was so attentive and accommodating. The live band even sang me happy birthday and surprised me with a dessert. The wholeee staff is phenomenal. ✨✨
The food and drinks are fantastic, only outnumbered by the exceptional service. Shoutout to Jamie and Kait, the most lovely bartenders! Their delicious, revolving, seasonal menu means there’s always something new to sample… The only downside is missing your favorites when they rotate out, a sacrifice I’ve rarely been disappointed by… speaking of which, give the new tequila/ cucumber cocktail a try. 11/10.
Went for lunch during restaurant week. Service was excellent, staff all well informed on the menu. Steak egg rolls were good and the chicken sandwich was great. Wonderful cocktails! The Honey Bee is sweet but worth it.
We recently celebrated my husband's birthday at The Local in White Marsh, and the entire experience was outstanding. Becky made planning the dinner incredibly easy, and we truly appreciated all of her help coordinating for our large party. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. They did an excellent job accommodating our group, and the service throughout the evening was exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was amazing—everything we ordered was delicious. The Old Fashioned was one of the best we've ever had! The atmosphere was beautiful, and the live singer added a special touch to the evening. She was incredibly talented, took requests, and even sang "Happy Birthday" to my husband. Thank you to everyone at The Local for helping make my husband's birthday so special. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to coming back!
Amazing establishment - we came here on a Saturday mid afternoon- was seated immediately and assisted by the waitress - nice ambiance and atmosphere - very spacious with several bars and seating areas to include outdoor - food was amazing, everything freshly prepared and plentiful - the lava tons were very tasteful and they also have an extensive mocktail menu - host informed us that there are several nights when the venue host live music - you have to follow The Local FB page to see the lineup - highly recommend the Local whenever you’re dining or hanging out or near White Marsh!
I love to go to the Local during happy hour. All I got to say is espresso Martini and I did like the frosty martini(holiday drink) their chicken sliders is fried, sweet with some heat😋😋 mmmm sooo good. I also had their wings, and the cheesesteak egg roll. The live bands/singers is a great touch also. Warm, cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend!
Great Food, Great Service, Great Atmosphere! My family had a wonderful experience here. All of the food was delicious & freshly made. We tried a variety of menu items & everything was good. Our waiter was Andrew & he was very pleasant, kind & helpful. The manager/staff even came to our table to see how things were going & if the food was pleasing. We had no complaints. Everything was truly wonderful! The grilled salmon melts in your mouth, the ribs were amazing, the bronzino was so flavorful. We loved the roasted sweet potatoes with pecans. Even the mashed potatoes & fries were good. We tried a variety of appetizers & they were all great, too. Be sure to try the fruit flavored sweet sweet teas but you may have to water them down a bit lol. We shared the chocolate mousse for a dessert & it was so so good! Make sure you dip your spoon all the way down to the bottom of the glass & scoop it to the top in order to get the full effect of this delicious treat. We will definitely be back here soon & highly recommend this place!
1st time here. Nice atmosphere & staff. The food & drinks were delicious 😋 we definitely will be back. It's a relaxing place, no need to dress up. They give complimentary warm corn bread 😋😋. You will be charged 18% gratuity (2 of us). It's kid friendly. We came Sunday evening & it wasn't crowded. I already know what I'm going to try during my next visit.
